Cam Emerson believes that everyone has someone perfect for them, she's a matchmaker, she loves pairing people when she thinks they are right for each other, that's why she never thought of dating his roommate Tyler Knight, he doesn't belongs with a girl like her, they think differenly, they like different things, he's the guy every girl would love to date.
Tyler Knight on the other hand loves to look at the bright side of things, he likes Cam, but doesn't make an effort with her as she never showed any interest, but when Cam feels jealousy over one of his dates, Tyler knows, it 's his time to shine and show that maybe they do belong together.
If you read my reviews, you may know now, I love romance and cute love stories and this was exactly that.
What I liked:

  • The evolution of the characters, it's not often that you see a character grow and become better or realise something that may change their lives, in this case it happens, as the romance moves on, the characters do to.
  • The evolution of the love story, Cam and Tyler accept that they are attracted to each other, but they don't rush into a relationship, they go through a lot of denial and confusion and then they try something.
  • Their personalities, there are many characters in the story, each one of them has it's own personality and it balances the group somehow, they also act like people their age, they don't act immature all the time and they are not all seriousness.
This is the part that contains spoilers, if you are planning on reading the book skip until the end.

What I didn't like:
  • The fallout, you know that part of the story in which the main characters go through a bump and are not together and everyone suffers? that one, well, in this story it was poorly handled, Cam insecurities were the ones destroying a relationship that was just starting, she's the one that gets hurt and leaves Tyler, over nothing, he's the one that backed up and tells her to think about it. It stressed me out a lot, because the fallout was there, but it made no sense, the book could've ended 50 pages before and no one would have missed that part.
Well, it was a good book, I won't deny it, it took me awhile to get through but it was enjoyable, for me it was really close to being that book that wow me but it had something that I didn't quite love, for me this is a 4 feather book.
