Sleep Tight

Resting is just as important as working out and eating healthy. It will help your muscles to recover, your mind to rest and it also has many amazing health benefits such as improving your memory and sharpen your attention, helping you get better grades, be more creative and perform better in every aspect of your day-to-day life.
Try slowing down about two hours before going to bed and avoid activities that may stimulate you. Remember to keep your space clean, cool and comforting and always avoid taking electronics, work or preoccupations to bed. Take your time to get comfortable and let everything go, you can also say something you feel grateful for that day.
If you find yourself avoiding sleep, read, drink a cup of water, walk a little bit and don't stay in your bed rumbling around, it won't help you.
Tonight go to bed 30 min earlier and enjoy the darkness while you listen to your breathing slow down.
"Sleep is that golden chain that ties health and our bodies together."
