Bottoms Up


Not everyone likes drinking water, most of people find this tasteless drink boring and they avoid it as much as they can recurring to sugary drinks or sodas, but drinking up to two liters of water has many amazing benefits and it should always be added to your daily routine.
If you started exercising, drinking water will help you perform better and have more energy throughout the day, it will help you concentrate more and you'll feel happier. Also, drinking more water will help your digestive and immune system making constipation or colds go away for a long while. 
It may not be the tastiest, but keep a bottle of water with you at all times so you can remember to do it.
