Help Out

Sometimes we get caught in the movement that goes around the city, we live in a hurry and we become selfish, we forget that there's other people around us, that may need the spot we are sitting more than us, that may need help carrying something or picking up something that fell from their hands.
Ask yourself  "when was the last time you saw someone in the need for help and you reached out to help them?" and if you can't remember then you have a serious problem, it means it's time for a serious change and you can start it now.
If you want a better world, you can be the first one to work on it, next time you see someone in need for help, in need for a seat, in need for anything just go for it, not only will it make you feel better, but the person that you helped is going to feel a million times better too.
“The best way to not feel hopeless is to get up and do something. Don’t wait for good things to happen to you. If you go out and make some good things happen, you will fill the world with hope, you will fill yourself with hope.”
