Little Helpers

Everyone needs help and sometimes is hard to accept that we need it, sometimes we take so much more than we can, we forget about our little helpers.
My first one has to be Sticky notes, great for taking notes on the go or reminding you something, put them in a visible place and you'll see how much they help, on the same note, having an agenda or a diary can make you realise hoe much you really do and you won't have two things at the same time. Write everything down so you don't forget.
Co-work, is not asking for help but working or studying with someone can be beneficial for you, you can ask question or opinions, you get to spend time with the other person, you get motivated and you'll feel better when you go out later.
Finally, asking for help is not a bad thing, actually make you a better person and opinions are a great way of growing as long as they aren't mean or judgemental.
