Every spring the city turns purple as jacaranda trees bloom and fill the streets with its flowers. It may be one of my favourite events in this city, it's something that completely changes the vibe of the city, it goes from the dead colours from the cold days to this beautiful purple pops of colour everywhere you go.











This event marks the beginning of spring and being able to enjoy it in different parts of the city is amazing, something you have to enjoy at least once. If I were to complain about thing it would be about how hard it is to capture the purple against the green, it was a pain in the ass and I screwed more than one picture, but seeing the result made me think that it was truly worthy.
