Another week is starting and it's time to get into our work pants and start getting stuff done and that can only mean one thing, it's time to start organising our ideas, prioritizing and most importantly figuring out what we want to do with our days.
Today make a list, a realistic one of things you feel you can accomplish by the end of the day, write everything down, even if it's making your bed or taking a shower, this will help you to not forget anything and when you are done with them, you'll feel better about everything you did during the day.
For a lot of people this seems like a waste of time when in reality it can help you cope with anxiety, teach you how to prioritize and be more selective with the things that need to be done, it will also help you with procrastination and avoidance of said tasks.
Once you are more used to doing it, you'll even start pre-scheduling task that repeat itself and that will only make your life a hell of a lot easier.
