Now it's time to slow down, this week has been hard enough for you to keep up with something else, so sit in you favourite space and pick up a book, something that you've been meaning to read or something someone recommended, something that's going to help you unwind a little bit.
Reading is known to lower stress levels, improve your memory, stimulate your brain, expand your vocabulary, improve your ability to concentrate and focus and many amazing things if it becomes a habit of yours.
Pick an easy book if you are not used to reading and give it a fair chance, you'll be amazed at how good reading is and how it can capture you between those pages and imaginary scenarios.
