It doesn't matter if you are either a student or have a full time job, taking time for yourself after a long day of work to meditate can bring you many benefits not only to your emotional well-being but to your body and mind well-being.
Not only does it decreases the chance of you suffering from depression and helps control anxiety and mood swings, but it also decreases stress levels and the chance of you getting sick. It can go as far as helping with your memory, your learning abilities and your ability to focus.
Try to squeeze 10 min at the end of your day before bed, there are many options and apps for you to try, there's restorative yoga if you want to move a little bit more, it doesn't matter how you do it as long as you give your mind that little break that it needs every night.
"If you want to conquer the anxiety of life, live in the moment, live in the breath."
