Give Away


Now that everything is starting to feel a lot better and your mind is a lot less cluttered, it's time for you to say goodbye to something you don't use or haven't used in more than 6 months.
Go through your wardrobe, your desk, your bookshelf, go through every possession you own and choose one or multiple things you can say goodbye to and someone could find useful.
Don't pressure yourself to fill an enormous bag with things, start with easy things you know you have but don't fit you or your lifestyle now. Remember how lucky you are to be able to have them and how someone else may find it a better use.
