My Time


If you have been following this 21 day plan, then you have been trying to meditate at least once a week, it has amazing benefits not only for you but for the ones around you. Anyway, now it's time for you to give yourself a little bit of time off.
Sometimes in the craziness that our lives can be, we tend to forget about ourselves and how we are supposed to have a little bit of time off to relax, to let everything go, but most importantly to do something we love and know it's going to make us happy.
This will improve your productivity and will help you feel fresh after a good rest. So, tonight do something that you love, unwind, read something new, catch up with a friend, spend time with your family. It really doesn't matter what you do, as long as it makes you happy, you'll also learn a lot about yourself this way.
