Sugar, the sweet evil, we've all been there, around the same time every afternoon when we start to get a little bit peckish and you don't know whether to go for the high sugar treat or the healthy one.
Let's face it, unless you are not a fan of chocolate or candy, you are most probably going to choose something quick and easy with processed sugar in it, which in reality is going to give you a boost of energy, but will also give a fall down later in the day.
Today instead of choosing something sugary for dessert or snack, go for something a bit more healthy, choose your favourite fruit if you like sweet, vegetable if you like savory. There's one for everyone and you'll be amazed on how much you'll be able to enjoy it.
