Strengthen Yourself


Let's start the week of on the right foot. Working out may be one of the activities we tend to neglect the most, blaming it on the lack of time or place to do it, but it should always be one of out main priorities. It doesn't matter if you do it once or five times a week as long as you dedicate a little bit of time to it.
Try to balance your routines, don't stick to only cardio, do a little bit of core, balance and work in your flexibility, this will not only help you lead a healthier lifestyle but also will help you prevent many diseases as you get older.
If you don't like any of the above, try yoga, it's a well-rounded activity that not only will it help you with your flexibility and your balance, but it will also work your strength and focus on your breath.
Remember to walk wherever you can and although it may seem hard at the beginning, it will get better, just remember to keep a good attitude through it.
