Love hurts but it's also one of the best feelings I've ever experienced, nothing can top it, because once you realise how you feel about it, you know you are screwed. But falling in love doesn't mean you are going to get hurt, because it may not happen. 

Love comes in a variations of forms, colours and even flavours and smells,  you cannot control it and you shouldn't, you can't chose who you fall in love with, it just happens and once it's done, there's not much you can do to change it. Even when appearance matters, what you fall in love with is on the inside.

Love comes to you, you cannot come to love, the more you look for it, the less you are going to find it, half of the time we look up love for the wrong reasons, meaning that you may be feeling lonely or you just recently had your heart broken. If you are in any of those situations, it's always better to heal, because once you are happy being single, that means you are ready for a new relationship.

Love is not about words, it's about acts, it's easy to fall for someone that says cute things, that promises you the moon, but if that person doesn't show any interest, then it's not worthy, but that doesn't mean you have to wait up until that person does something, it means that if you tried and you only received words back, then it's time to go on a different direction.
Making love and having sex is not the same thing and it's something you are going to discover as you go, a friend once told me that once you kiss someone you love, everything changes and an empty kiss is not going to be enough, and I'm a true believer that this also affects once you make love to someone. You just can't go back.
As I said before, love is something you can' explain it's something you have to experience and savour every part of it, never be afraid of it because even when it hurts, it's worthy and even when you may fall in love multiple times in your life, it's never going to be same or even feel the same way. Take a chance, it may hurt but no one can really take away those beautiful moments, enjoy it and get the most of it.
