Sometimes we think that by helping somebody else they will love us more or they will be more supportive with ourselves but that is a lie and it always will be because when you start doing or helping other ones, They get used to the fact that no matter what you'll be helping them and the moment you let them down it could be like the worst thing that you ever done.

The first thing that you need to do is to know that YOU ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT, if you are not ok the rest of your world would not be okay.

The secord thing is that no matter what people say, everyone is an equal.
